Job summary

Harry Potter Shop King’s Cross in London is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis. You will greet customers, operate tills, replenish stock, and deliver a magical shopping experience at the station concourse.

You will build product knowledge, engage fans with enthusiasm, and use storytelling to connect products to the Wizarding World while supporting store targets, including weekend and Bank Holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience or experience working with the public.
• Selling skills and the ability to actively seek opportunities to increase sales.
• Clear, confident communication with the public.
• Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the Harry Potter brand.
