Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in London is seeking a Store Manager for the Harry Potter Shop King’s Cross to lead commercial and operational performance.

You will manage a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Retail Assistants, driving sales, customer satisfaction and a world-class visitor experience in a landmark store. You will oversee planning, scheduling and payroll, ensuring effective staffing, operational excellence and adherence to brand standards across a high-profile destination

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience managing large retail teams in high-footfall environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse sales KPIs.
• Experience in premium, flagship retail environments.
• Experience with POS and stock management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance including sales, KPI delivery and weekly sales analysis.
• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team across multiple roles.
• Deliver exceptional visitor experiences through engaging service and storytelling.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll to meet trading demands.
• Oversee stock, merchandising, security, and health & safety compliance.
• Use data to identify opportunities to improve service and sales.
• Build relationships with internal teams, partners and visitors to support success.
