Job summary

Bluebird Care Harrow is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our office team. You will help grow the workforce, support colleagues, and drive recruitment processes across the Harrow location.

Key duties include developing a recruitment strategy, sourcing candidates, engaging with the local community, and managing onboarding along with HR records. A supportive team and clear career progression are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff recruitment, selection and retention.
• Good understanding of HR responsibilities and legal aspects.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategy to ensure right staffing levels.
• Source candidates, write adverts, and promote opportunities locally.
• Engage with the local community to attract applicants.
• Provide HR support on contracts, procedures and performance management.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain recruitment records.
