The role emphasizes accuracy, organisation, and quality, with responsibilities spanning hardware builds, diagnostics, stock control, and collaboration with Service Desk and Project Engineers. The environment is dynamic and customer‑facing.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware build, testing, and repair.
• Proficient in configuring and testing laptops, desktops, servers, printers and peripherals.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to follow documented processes and maintain accurate records.
• Good written and verbal communication; capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and test laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install operating systems, software, drivers, and updates per requirements.
• Configure devices per build standards and deployment specs.
• Perform quality assurance checks before deployment and prepare devices for delivery.
• Maintain workshop records and support stock/asset management and deployment preparation.
