FluidOne in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Technician to join our workshop team. You will build, configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment to meet client requirements, taking ownership of the day-to-day workshop operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, planning, and proactive problem-solving to ensure equipment is prepared, repaired, and returned on time.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding Windows Server operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving for hardware/software issues.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and OS issues in the workshop.
• Complete hardware and software break/fix tasks to maintain high standards.
• Build, configure, and prepare new IT equipment per specification.
• Own end-user issues through to resolution and update records.
• Maintain accurate service-system records for completed work and progress.
