Job summary

Flow Engineering seeks a Deployment Strategist to turn signed deals into sustained usage. You will own deployments end-to-end, migrate requirements, and configure Flow to match each customer’s program.

You’ll redesign workflows, train teams, and drive adoption across hardware-focused accounts. You’ll work across sales, engineering, and customers, with a focus on transferring knowledge and building scalable deployment playbooks for future teams.

Responsibilities

• Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption.
• Drive organizational change inside customer engineering orgs: find champions, work blockers, and make adoption stick after you leave the room.
• Define what success looks like for each deployment, instrument adoption, diagnose stalls, and run get-well plans before renewal risk shows up.
• Design each customer's Flow setup around their programs, and direct integration work with our software-focused deployment engineers.
• Be the product team's eyes and ears in the field: what you see in deployments shapes what we build next.
• Partner with the reps who own the commercial side of the book, and with AEs when deployments surface expansion.
• Help build the deployment methodology: playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials for the team that comes after you.
