Job summary

Flow is redefining how hardware teams deploy and operate complex systems, working at the intersection of sales, engineering and customers to unlock outcomes. As one of our first forward deployed engineers in Greater London, you’ll guide deployments and ensure customers have the insight and tools to succeed.

You’ll own the technical win through demos and POCs, map customer workflows, run enablement sessions, shape the roadmap, and help define Flow’s GTM playbook for strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Structured storytelling to convey complex ideas to engineers and executives.
• Builder mentality for shaping a world-class technical GTM motion.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win: demos, trail/POC execution to win new business.
• Understand and map customer workflows, identify pain points and priorities.
• Run technical enablement sessions: workshops, training, joint solution sessions.
• Shape our roadmap: act as the link between customers and engineering for new solutions.
• Build the GTM foundation: define activation methodology, playbook, guides and training materials.
