Job summary

Parliamentary Digital Service is recruiting four Hardware Operations Analysts to join the Provisioning Team. You will manage IT hardware assets through their lifecycle, maintain accurate asset records, oversee stock control, support hardware allocation, and provide reliable asset information to colleagues across Parliament.

This onsite role requires careful data work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail; able to record large data sets and generate reports.
• Collaborative team player across multiple teams to serve customers.
• Understanding of financial principles, purchases, stock levels, and invoices.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
• Able to pass UK security clearance and have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset records and stock control for IT hardware.
• Support hardware allocation and provide asset information to colleagues.
• Assist with receiving and processing hardware deliveries, twice weekly.
• Ensure stock levels meet changing business demands.
• Deliver accurate data to stakeholders across Parliament.
