Job summary

UK Parliament requires a Hardware Operations Analyst to ensure IT hardware assets are managed throughout their lifecycle. You will maintain asset records, oversee stock control, support hardware allocation and provide reliable asset information to colleagues across Parliament.

You will handle deliveries twice per week and support the Provisioning Team, part of the Digital Customer Services Team, in procurement, distribution and disposal of hardware and software to Members and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to record complex data accurately.
• Collaborative teamwork across multiple groups to deliver customer-focused service.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, purchasing and maintaining stock levels.
• Ability to self-motivate, answer queries and support others under pressure.
• Must be able to pass UK security clearance and have right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset records and oversee stock control.
• Support hardware allocation and provide asset information to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Assist with receiving and processing hardware deliveries (about twice per week).
• Procurement, distribution, management and disposal of hardware and software for Parliament.
• Work within the Provisioning Team of the Digital Customer Services Team to support IT services.
