Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Hardware Asset Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets. You will drive governance, control improvements and lead the rollout of HAM Pro across a large technology estate.

The role offers on-site work at Asda House in Leeds, with flexible, open to hybrid arrangements and a strong emphasis on data accuracy and cost efficiency in asset management.

Qualifications

• Significant hardware asset management experience.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
• Auditing and data governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware assets across the business.
• Drive improvements in asset governance, controls and compliance.
• Lead the adoption and optimisation of ServiceNow HAM Pro across the estate.
• Ensure accurate and auditable asset records across multiple systems.
• Manage inventory, stockrooms and asset refresh programmes.
• Improve asset data quality and reconciliation across ServiceNow, CMDB, Procurement and Finance systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through improved asset utilisation and reuse.
• Produce reporting and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
