Graphcore is seeking an Asset & Inventory Operations Coordinator in Bristol to ensure accurate asset records and reliable inventory operations across engineering labs. You’ll manage lifecycle tracking, stock readiness for break‑fix needs and collaborate with IT, Lab Operations and Supply Chain.

You’ll be hands‑on with receiving, labeling and distributing hardware, plus producing health reports and SOPs to support audits and process improvements.

Formación

• Experience in inventory and asset management across labs or stores.
• Strong record-keeping and data integrity across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Track and reconcile assets; own day-to-day inventory activity.
• Receive, label, stage and distribute hardware including servers and networking parts.
• Produce inventory health reports and support audits.
• Coordinate ordering, replenishment and RMAs from return to replacement or credit.
