Job summary

Ealing Council is seeking a proactive Service Delivery Officer (Assets) to manage IT hardware assets throughout their lifecycle. The role centers on receiving, deploying, recording and tracking stock, ensuring accurate databases and prompt service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong Word/Excel skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team, in a fully office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset or stock management is advantageous.
• Ability to record and track assets accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring IT hardware assets are managed through their full lifecycle.
• Obtaining, deploying and recording stock as required.
• Processing daily requests promptly and accurately.
• Supporting stock tasks and project requirements as they arise.
