The Provisioning Team operates in a fast-paced environment where organisation, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach are essential. Working alongside fellow Hardware Operations Analysts, you will contribute to delivering an efficient and high-quality service, helping the team meet its objectives and support the smooth running of Parliament's technology services.

You will also assist with receiving and processing hardware deliveries, including unloading deliveries approximately twice per week

. This is an onsite role due to the duties involved.

What You Need

If you have excellent knowledge and experience of hardware asset management processes, policies and procedures, we'd love to hear from you. You'll also bring:

Use of Microsoft productivity tools on a day-to-day basis including Excel to an intermediate level (or have the aptitude to learn to this level).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the team and across a range of teams ensuring the best outcome for the customer, whilst upholding the values of equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • A strong understanding of financial principles, making purchases and maintaining stock levels, with experience in dealing with purchase orders and invoices.
  • Ability to self-motivate, answer queries and lead others in a fast-paced environment working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • The ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK
