Phoenix Resourcing Services is recruiting a Senior Technical Services Manager for a UK office portfolio, based from Central London HQ with some travel. You will lead a multi-site Hard FM operation, directing a technical team across electrical, mechanical, life safety, and BMS systems, ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The role requires delivering proactive maintenance, KPI reporting, supplier governance, and asset lifecycle planning while aligning with client contracts and safety

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering or technical discipline.
• Extensive multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, life safety systems, BMS, fabric).
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety accreditation.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-site Hard FM delivery through a layered management structure.
• Ensure zero statutory compliance breaches.
• Manage complex and critical infrastructure engineering resilience.
• Deliver reporting dashboards across safety, uptime, SLAs and compliance.
• Oversee PPMs, reactive works and contractor governance.
• Develop asset management strategy with lifecycle planning.
