Job summary

Foundry Talent is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of Hard FM services across a busy, technically demanding estate. The role suits someone from a Hard FM, engineering or estates background with experience supervising maintenance teams, contractors and day-to-day site operations.

You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, helping ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Estates or Engineering.
• Supervising maintenance teams, contractors and day-to-day site operations.
• Ability to work in a complex or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services.
• Supervise engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Manage PPM and reactive maintenance activity.
• Support compliance, permits and safe systems of work.
• Monitor jobs, KPIs and service performance.
• Liaise with clients, operational teams and stakeholders.
• Support small works and maintenance projects.
