Job summary

DCS Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Manager – Hard FM for a key site in Hook, Hampshire. The role oversees hard FM service delivery via subcontractors and ensures compliance with all statutory requirements while maintaining high service standards.

You will lead a small team, manage KPI performance, and drive continuous improvement in a demanding operational environment. A strong technical background in electrical or mechanical disciplines is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as Facilities Manager or Hard FM Manager in a client-facing operational environment.
• Proven track record with outsourced/subcontracted service delivery and contractor performance.
• Strong health, safety and statutory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hard FM services through subcontractors across the site.
• Lead and support two Assistant Facilities Managers for operational oversight.
• Ensure planned preventative maintenance and reactive works meet contractual requirements.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships in a high-expectation environment.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs and drive improvements.
• Support small works and quoted projects across the site.
