VIVO Defence Ltd is seeking an experienced Hard FM Maintenance Manager to lead on-site reactive and programmed maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance and KPI performance. The role involves managing high-volume, low-value billable works, coordinating with DIO and HoE teams, and driving continuous improvement in energy and waste practices.

Candidates should bring robust planned/reactive maintenance experience, IOSH knowledge, and strong people-management skills; a full UK driving licence and SC

Formación

• Experienced hard FM maintenance manager with planned/reactive maintenance background
• Experience managing high volume, low value projects
• Knowledge of KPI reporting and IOSH would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery and assurance of reactive and programmed maintenance and billable works on site
• Oversee delivery to KPI requirements and First Time Fix standards
• Conduct programmed maintenance inspections and assurance activities; review reports and certifications
• Provide technical support to DIO and HoE representatives; raise remedial tasks (SONs)
• Coordinate with Mobile APs; identify energy-saving opportunities and initiate Billable Works
• Manage FGas and waste compliance; resolve end-user issues; act as single point of contact
• Project manage high-volume, low-value billable works on site; ensure timely delivery
