PT Renewables is seeking an experienced hard FM manager to take ownership of facilities at a high-profile defence site in North Hampshire. You will lead a small team of two Assistant Facilities Managers and coordinate specialist subcontractors to deliver maintenance, compliance and small works to a high standard.

In this client-facing role, you will build strong relationships, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and hold contractors to account to ensure exceptional operational

Qualifications

• Experience managing hard FM services through subcontractors or outsourced delivery.
• Proven client-facing experience in demanding environments.
• Knowledge of statutory maintenance, hard FM compliance and health and safety laws.
• Experience leading teams with direct reports.
• Electrical or mechanical qualification or trade background is advantageous.
• IOSH or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage hard FM services delivery across site via subcontractors.
• Lead and develop two Assistant Facilities Managers.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and reactive works meet contracts and compliance.
• Act as main day-to-day client contact with clear communication.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Support small works and quoted projects.
• Produce operational reports and maintain compliance documentation.
