Job summary

PiLON, part of United Infrastructure Group, is seeking an experienced Handy-man for kitchen and bathroom renewal projects across the Nottingham social housing sector. The role targets self-employed professionals who value quality work and community impact.

We welcome applicants with a CSCS card, valid UK work rights, and reliable, detail-oriented work habits. Driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred to support site visits and material transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the social housing sector.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Tools - 110v or battery-operated.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle (van preferred).
• Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good conversational English.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
