Job summary

United Infrastructure Group, through PiLON, is seeking a Labourer for a Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project within the Social Housing sector in South-West London and Westminster.

You will be on-site, supporting the team with stripping-out work, flooring removal, wall preparation, and general labouring duties to ensure smooth progress and high-quality refurbishment for residents.

Experience in social housing, CSCS card preferred, and competitive rates with ongoing projects are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector.
• Valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first on-site contact with residents.
• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day.
• Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day.
• Remove existing flooring as required.
• Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment.
• Protect appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas.
• Install signage and information boards on site.
• Carry out general labouring duties to support the project.

• Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project
