Job summary

PiLON, part of the United Infrastructure Group, is recruiting Labourers for a Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project in the Social Housing sector, centred in the South-West London and Westminster area. Join us on site as a professional, reliable team member who takes pride in workmanship and working respectfully with residents.

You will be the first on site, carry out stripping, removal, and preparation works, wear PPE, and help ensure safe, clean, and well-presented worksites.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Asbestos Awareness Training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact on site, introducing yourself to residents in a professional and respectful manner
• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day
• Complete strip-out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom per day
• Remove existing flooring as required
• Strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment
• Ensure all appliances, staircases, and surrounding areas are adequately protected prior to works
• Install appropriate signage and information boards on site
• Carry out general labouring duties as required to support the project
