Mitie Group plc. Balderstone, Blackburn is seeking a hands-on Handyman to deliver facilities services across our site. You will perform general maintenance, respond quickly to issues and ensure assets are safe and functioning daily.

You will need a full UK driving licence, a background in facilities maintenance, and a building trades qualification. You’ll work independently within a supportive team to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Full, current UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out general minor maintenance tasks across the site.
• Act as the first responder for maintenance issues, ensuring assets are made safe and isolated where required.
• Complete minor building repairs including door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, wall repairs, floor repairs and trip hazard repairs.
• Undertake minor fabric maintenance works to support the efficient operation of the facility.
• Carry out minor plumbing tasks including toilet seat replacements, flush repairs, tap revivers and trap cleaning.

ROLE: Handyman
HOURS: Full-Time
