Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. is seeking a reliable on-site Handyperson for our client’s facilities team in Cramlington.

You will perform reactive repairs to the building fabric, conduct basic plumbing work, and assist with groundworks and small joinery tasks while supporting office moves and weekend site cleaning to keep the premises safe and presentable. The role offers a stable hands-on environment, opportunities for progression, and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role.
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive building fabric repairs
• Perform general plumbing repairs and replace sanitaryware (taps, toilet parts, etc.)
• Complete basic groundworks and landscaping repairs (repointing, paving, fence repairs)
• Undertake minor joinery and decoration works
• Support with office moves and furniture relocations
• Undertake full site cleaning duties during weekend work

Site based Handyperson - Cramlington - Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG

CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyperson to join our client's on-site facilities team based in Cramlington.

You'll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to the building fabric, plumbing and sanitaryware replacements, and small-scale groundworks such as repointing, levelling paving slabs, and fence repairs. You'll also take on minor joinery and decoration work, and help with office or desk moves when needed. In addition, you will be required to support weekend shifts which include full site cleaning duties, ensuring the premises remain safe, tidy, and presentable.
