Job summary

Wenham Carter is seeking a senior ServiceNow leader to own the platform end-to-end, shape its roadmap and governance, and drive performance across ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, and integrations. You’ll work with senior stakeholders and external partners in a telecoms context, pushing for measurable business value and rapid impact.

This is a rare, hands-on role for a doer who will build one of the best ServiceNow deployments, embedding automation and AI to improve outcomes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow expert with end-to-end platform ownership.
• Direct telecoms industry experience required.
• Track record of delivering measurable business value on ServiceNow.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead delivery partners.
• Strong commercial awareness including vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform: roadmap, governance, performance and lifecycle.
• Drive adoption, efficiency and continuous improvement using data to optimise delivery.
• Lead hands-on delivery across a complex enterprise, ensuring quality and scalable solutions.
• Shape platform architecture, integrations and data strategy aligned with the tech vision.
• Lead and manage external delivery partners, holding them to account for quality and delivery.
• Embed automation and AI to improve efficiency, service outcomes and user experience.
