The Portfolio Group Inc. in Lancashire is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our busy team on an office-based basis.

You will support day-to-day administration, resolve issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep Salesforce running smoothly. Initially focused on BAU support for the first 12 months, the role offers opportunities to contribute to platform improvements, automation, and wider Salesforce projects as you settle in.

Qualifications

• Experience as Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce support role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration and security.
• Experience handling BAU support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Familiar with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards and data management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administration and BAU support for the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, user queries and system errors.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles and access controls.
• Maintain data quality, integrity and accuracy across Salesforce.
• Create and update reports, dashboards, workflows and validation rules.
• Support configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, page layouts and automation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and improve Salesforce functionality.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, releases and ongoing platform maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall user experience.
