Portfolio Group is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Manchester on an office-based basis. The role focuses on BAU support, ensuring Salesforce runs efficiently across the business, with opportunities to contribute to platform improvements and wider projects as the role develops.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, maintain data quality, build reports and dashboards, and support system testing and upgrades.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration and security.
• Experience handling BAU support tickets and user issue resolution.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards and data management.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day administration and BAU support for Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and user queries.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles and access controls.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across Salesforce.
• Create/update reports, dashboards, workflows and validation rules.
• Support configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, layouts and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and improve Salesforce functionality.
• Assist with system testing, upgrades, releases and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience.
