Job summary

Smartroom is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow the customer base, manage leads, and ensure excellent customer experiences in London. The role involves hands-on operations support and occasional light manual tasks to prepare units for customers.

You will build relationships, implement sales strategies, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics and high occupancy rates. The position is based in London with on-site work and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert sales leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates.
• Coordinate bookings, pickups, and customer logistics with the operations team.
• Occasionally assist with light manual tasks to prepare units for customers.
