Job summary

Qualifications
- Engineering qualification such as HNC/HND or completed apprenticeship.
- Practical hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble prototypes across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers to implement concepts and design improvements.
- Identify and resolve build issues to improve manufacturability, serviceability and reliability.
- Support design changes and provide practical feedback to the engineering team.
- Maintain a safe, organised development environment and support Health & Safety goals.
