Qualifications

• Hands-on MIG welding experience with fabrication basics.
• Experience leading a small team in an assembly/manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Organise and supervise day-to-day activities of the assembly team.
• Remain hands-on with MIG welding, fabrication and assembly processes.
• Monitor production output and quality standards.
• Support problem-solving and root cause investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Identify training needs and support team development.
