M-Tec Engineering Solutions in Wolverhampton is recruiting a Production Team Leader to guide a small production unit. You will lead from the front, organise daily workloads and ensure work is completed on time, to specification and with the right quality.

This hands-on role suits someone stepping into first-line management or an experienced supervisor ready for the next step. You’ll oversee presswork, assembly and welding, support training and development, and work closely with planning, quality

Qualifications

• The key requirement is experience within a subcontract manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Leading and supporting a small production team
• Organising daily workloads and prioritising production requirements
• Overseeing work across presswork, assembly and welding
• Ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and to specification
• Monitoring quality, output and productivity
• Supporting team members with training, development and day-to-day guidance
• Working closely with planning, quality and other departments
• Helping resolve production issues and keep work flowing
• Driving good standards of housekeeping, health and safety and continuous improvement
