You will own design, data integration, and resilient software across DCS, reservations, and regulatory interfaces, while leading a small team of engineers.

The role blends hands-on software delivery with squad leadership, emphasizing code quality, CI/CD, cloud, and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical work within a small team while remaining hands-on.
• Experience with production systems in regulated environments (airline operations is a plus).
• Strong engineering fundamentals across backend, frontend, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and operate production software hands-on.
• Lead squad's technical delivery and momentum.
• Set engineering standards and design reviews.
• Mentor 1–4 engineers and collaborate with PM/EM.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into workflow.
