Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience mentoring or coaching other engineers and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in using AI-assisted engineering tools and forming a view on their use.
  • Experience with production systems in regulated/operationally complex environments is advantageous.

  • Strengthen engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and reliable production operations.
  • Encourage continuous improvement, learning, and technical curiosity.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools into the squad's workflow.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
  • Coach and support a small squad of 1–4 engineers with Engineering Manager and Product Owner.
