Job summary

Acora Limited is seeking an Installations Engineer in Norwich to deliver IT project services from planning through to handover. This customer-facing role involves configuring systems like Microsoft 365 and managing various IT projects.

With at least 3 years of IT experience, the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and 365 products, along with excellent communication skills. A clean driving license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT department.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Planning, installing, and documenting IT systems for customer projects.
• Delivering end-to-end project work from planning to completion.
• Attending customer meetings and acting as the project contact.
