Job summary

Lochgreen House Hotel & Spa, part of RAD Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the hotel and oversee its teams. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional standards and guiding operations from the front.

You will own the day-to-day running, work with the Senior Management Team and Head Office to meet group objectives and drive guest satisfaction. Strong leadership and detailed-focus are essential for success in a busy, events-driven property.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, Deputy GM or in a senior hotel operations role.
• Strong experience overseeing multiple hotel departments.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to develop people and hold teams accountable.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring it runs smoothly to RAD standards.
• Be hands-on across the hotel, especially during busy periods, weddings and events.
• Develop and hold the management team accountable for departments and performance.
• Drive high standards across accommodation, F&B, weddings, events, spa and guest services.
