Artemis Hotels Management Limited is recruiting for an experienced hospitality professional to step into a Deputy Manager/Operations Manager role at the Green Hotel, Kinross, part of the Radisson Individuals collection.

You will lead multiple revenue streams including accommodation, F&B, weddings and events, with a focus on driving revenue, cost control and excellent guest service. The role offers a competitive salary and clearly defined progression in a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hospitality management experience in a multi‑faceted hotel or leisure environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue across accommodation, F&B, meetings and events.
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management teams, creating a positive culture that enables growth and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operation ensuring high standards of presentation, safety and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and profitability through room sales, rate management, events, promotions and new business opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, forecasts, KPIs and financial performance with strong cost control and revenue protection.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media and events.
• Build relationships with guests, suppliers and local businesses and represent the hotel at networking events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety, COSHH, HACCP, EHO and employment legislation.
• Provide strong leadership and effective team development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional, or a Deputy Manager /Operations Manager with the ambition to take the next step. You will oversee multiple revenue streams, including accommodation, food and beverage, weddings, events and special occasions at the Green Hotel, Kinross, a member of Radisson Individuals.

You will be a commercially focused leader with a strong sales & revenue background, excellent people management skills and a willingness to embrace the hospitality industry. Experience on operating a branded hotel and have knowledge of some operating systems such as Opera, Ideas, Simphony POS, Riskproof etc. will be seen as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management teams, creating a positive culture that encourages growth, accountability and exceptional service.

• Proven hospitality management experience, ideally within a multi-faceted hotel or leisure environment.

• Experience managing budgets, sales targets, marketing and operational performance.
• A thorough understanding of hospitality compliance and health and safety requirements.
