Job summary

Acquire, a high-growth DTC consumer brand, is seeking a Head of Growth to own the next phase of scale. You’ll lead paid social, PPC, SEO and affiliates with an initial £5m+ digital investment and a strong data capability in place.

Expect to move from performance marketing to broader ownership, including CRM, retention and ecommerce, with a clear path toward a Director-level role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience growing a DTC subscription business.
• Strong knowledge of CAC, LTV, retention and profitability.
