Job summary

3Search, a high-growth UK-based DTC Health & Wellness brand, is hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own the next phase of digital acquisition. This newly created leadership role offers real scope to shape strategy rather than inherit a fixed playbook.

You will lead an experienced growth function, steer multi-channel paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and Display), and build a high-performing team with a test-and-learn mindset to accelerate sustainable customer growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in performance marketing in a DTC consumer business.
• Deep expertise in paid social growth and scaling investments.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing strategy across paid channels.
• Lead and develop a growing performance marketing team.
• Influence senior stakeholders and set the strategy independently.
• Assess agency and in-house capabilities to optimize operating model.
