Job summary

Story Terrace Inc. in London is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance to drive fast growth across paid and earned channels. You will report to a co-founder and work with Brand & Comms and CRM Lifecycle to align growth, retention and brand.

The role requires hands-on execution, strategic judgement, and a nosy curiosity about where people hang out. Hybrid in Holborn with 2 days in the office per week and the freedom to test quickly.

Qualifications

• Genuine start-up or scale-up experience.

• Excellent communicator and storyteller for co-founders.
• Rare mix of strategy and hands-on execution.
• Comfort across paid, owned and earned channels.

Responsibilities

• Run and optimise paid channels: Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and beyond.
• Identify owned/earned channels: partnerships, community, influencers, podcasts, GEO.
• Own the growth picture: acquisition, conversion, LTV:CAC, reporting.
• Run fast experiments with rapid tests and kills.
• Leverage AI and automation to beat a larger team.
• Translate data into a simple narrative for the co-founder board.
• Collaborate with Brand & Comms and CRM Lifecycle.
• Navigate tracking and consent in a sensitive category.
