Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer seeks an Engineering Team Leader to own the shift's engineering function on a busy heavy industrial site in Gainsborough. The role is hands-on and leadership-focused, balancing maintenance tasks with team management.

You will drive reliability, reduce downtime, coach engineers, and lead continuous improvement projects while working 4 on 4 off days and nights, with a salary up to £56,500 and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent).
• Multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift engineering team while carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Coordinate breakdown response and plan preventative maintenance.
• Prioritise workload to support production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain safe engineering standards.
