Pilgrim's Europe in Ruskington is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to manage our maintenance team and drive reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a cross-skilled team across mechanical and electrical disciplines, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days/2 nights) to ensure optimal plant performance.
