Yolk Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for a established manufacturing site near Callington. You will lead a team of six maintenance engineers, balancing hands-on electrical and mechanical work with supervisory duties to keep production running smoothly.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm schedule with overtime opportunities and a strong emphasis on safe engineering practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of maintenance engineers.
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
• Experience supporting planned maintenance and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate a team of six Maintenance Engineers.
• Prioritise daily engineering workloads, breakdowns and maintenance activities.
• Remain hands-on with electrical and mechanical fault-finding and maintenance.
• Support preventative maintenance and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Work with production to minimise downtime and keep equipment running reliably.
• Assist engineers with complex issues and drive reliability improvements.
• Uphold safe working practices and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on priorities and site improvements.
