Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer or Shift Lead with supervisory responsibilities.
• Hands-on maintenance and fault-finding experience.
• Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis across machinery.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers.
• Prioritise daily engineering workloads and breakdowns.
• Remain hands-on with electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs.
• Support planned maintenance and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Work with production to minimise downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Assist engineers with complex breakdowns and technical problems.
