Job summary

Your Ambition in the United Kingdom is seeking a Halo Analyst to manage Halo PSA as the day-to-day product owner. The role focuses on governance, administration, and continual improvement of the platform to support service delivery and user adoption.

Hybrid working is considered, with a salary of £40,000–£42,500 and a comprehensive benefits package. The role reports to the IT Services team and offers opportunities to influence service delivery and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HaloPSA or a comparable PSA/ITSM platform.
• Strong understanding of service management processes (ticketing, SLAs, knowledge management).
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, permissions, notifications, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and product owner for Halo PSA, maintaining the platform roadmap and backlog.
• Configure and manage workflows, permissions, SLAs, templates, notifications, forms, and platform settings.
• Enhance service management processes including incidents, requests, changes, projects, assets, knowledge, and service catalogs.
• Develop and maintain operational, management, customer, SLA, project, and performance reporting dashboards.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy across the platform.
• Configure and improve customer portal experiences, self-service capabilities, and user adoption initiatives.
• Manage integrations with business and technical systems, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.
• Coordinate platform releases, updates, testing, supplier engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
