Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in Hockley (Essex) seeks a capable Halo Administrator to own Halo PSA operations within IT Services. You will manage configuration, governance, reporting, and user adoption while collaborating with service desk, operations, and partners to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Halo PSA or a comparable PSA, ITSM, or enterprise service management platform.
• Strong understanding of service management processes including ticketing, SLAs, customer portals, service catalogues, assets, contracts, and knowledge management.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, templates, permissions, notifications, and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator and product owner for Halo PSA, maintaining the platform roadmap and backlog of improvements.
• Configure and manage workflows, permissions, SLAs, templates, notifications, forms, business rules, and platform settings.
• Enhance service management processes including incidents, requests, changes, projects, assets, knowledge management, and service catalogues.
• Develop and maintain operational, management, customer, SLA, project, and performance reporting dashboards.
• Monitor and improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy across the platform.
• Configure and improve customer portal experiences, self-service capabilities, and user adoption initiatives.
• Manage integrations with business and technical systems, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity.
• Coordinate platform releases, updates, testing, supplier engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
