Motia in Halifax is seeking a dedicated Coaching & Development Trainer to lead induction, training, and development for our Fuel Card Sales Teams. You will be pivotal in equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge needed to meet sales targets, while collaborating with the National Training Manager to refine training programs.
The role requires delivering engaging coaching sessions, maintaining documentation, and staying ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in an office environment, preferably with B2B telesales experience.
- Strong coaching and training delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver induction and ongoing coaching for sales staff.
- Provide regular on-the-job training aligned with schedules.
- Deliver refresher training and one-to-one coaching sessions.
- Keep coaching records and follow up on actions.
- Stay informed on fuel cards, market competitors and updates.
- Train staff on new products, services, or initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and National Training Manager on progress and objectives.
- Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
