Job summary

Motia in Halifax is seeking a Coaching & Development Trainer to lead induction, training and ongoing development of the Fuel Card Sales Teams. You will help drive sales targets by equipping staff with the skills and knowledge they need.

You'll deliver engaging coaching, regular refresher sessions and on‑the‑job training, document coaching, and work with the National Training Manager to update programs. Travel across the group may be required, with a sociable, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A good standard of education, preferably C or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Office environment experience essential; B2B telesales preferred.
• Supervisory experience would be advantageous.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Team player with target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction program to new recruits in a dynamic, engaging way.
• Provide ongoing on-the-job training per schedule.
• Deliver regular refresher training and coaching.
• Coaching sessions documented and followed up.
• Review training programs with National Training Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of fuel cards, competition, and market.
• Train staff on new products and initiatives.
• Liaise with Sales Managers to review progress and set objectives.
• Ensure professional attendance and appearance.
• Occasionally travel to support training across the group.
