Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent).
• Previous NHS experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-cover across the Gynaecology Administrative team as directed.
• Support patient administration to underpin the patient journey and data quality.
• Assist in delivering a professional administrative service including waiting list management and pathway validation.
• Manage reception and frontline queries to support clinic operations.
