Job summary

PureGym is hiring a General Assistant to support Gym Operations. You will help maintain a welcoming, safe and pristine gym, ensuring cleanliness and high standards across equipment, studios and changing rooms, and delivering an outstanding member experience on every visit.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and participate in standards checks while following health and safety procedures. A friendly, proactive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and sanitise gym equipment, facilities and high-touch areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and perform housekeeping tasks as required.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, showers and changing areas.
• Dust and wipe surfaces to keep the club tidy and welcoming.
• Remove litter and maintain hazard-free member spaces.
• Conduct standards checks and record results accurately.
• Restock cleaning stations and consumables; monitor stock levels.
• Follow health and safety procedures to keep everyone safe.
• Respond to member feedback with excellent service.
