Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Gloucester is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and supporting retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming prospects and existing members while promoting fitness solutions and services.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding experiences, building relationships with members and guests, and contributing to a high-performance club culture with opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness emphasized; customer service and sales skills essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality with a target-driven mindset.
• Strong organisational and administration skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible hours including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences to convert prospects and drive membership growth.
• Support retention through renewals, upgrades and engagement opportunities.
• Provide welcoming, professional service to members, guests and prospects; promote available products and services.
• Collaborate with the club team to support campaigns, events and initiatives.
