• Ensure all Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe to use.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and professional appearance.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training activities.
